Search:

Do bump-ups with a bounce, alternating hits between the child and parent-coach, with the following progressive variations:

  1. Place a target or hula hoop on the ground between the players, who should try to bump the ball (no less than 3 feet high) so it lands on the target.
  2. Use two targets placed 2 feet apart, and have children and coaches aim for the target father from them.
  3. Place targets on each side of the doubles alley and play as above.
