Search:

Balance a beanbag (easier) or ball (harder) on the racquet strings while holding the racquet with:

  • Two hands
  • One hand
  • Palm up
  • Palm down

While:

  • Standing on one foot
  • Squatting
  • Rolling the ball around on the racquet, changing directions
  • Walking to the coach

Have the children balance a beanbag on their racquets and walk forward, backward, right and left at the instructor’s signal. Then have them follow a leader around the court.
